• Countries where shipping is common include most of Europe (e.g., France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands), Asia (e.g., Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia), the Americas (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Chile), and parts of Africa and the Middle East (e.g., South Africa, Israel, UAE).
• Restricted countries include places under sanctions or embargoes, such as North Korea, Iran, and Syria. Additionally, specific product restrictions apply in certain countries due to customs regulations or import policies such as Algeria, Iraq.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 20 to 45 business days
• Express Shipping: 7 to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays due to weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will:

• Offer to reship the package at an additional shipping cost or process a refund (minus original shipping charges).

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged:
